Planning proposal guidelines
The NSW Department of Planning and Environment has prepared planning proposal guidelines to assist applicants in preparing an LEP amendment submission. The guidelines identify the preferred procedure for applicants to follow, the issues to be addressed and the required format for a planning proposal.
In accordance with the Guidelines, Council recommends landholders engage Council by way of a pre-lodgement meeting. To request a pre-lodgement meeting, complete the form and submit with any relevant documentation.
The cost of submitting a Planning Proposal varies on the scale of the proposal, as set by the Department of Planning and Environment’s Guideline. View our fees and charges for more.
