We’re continuing our quest to improve our customer service experience

Council’s Customer Experience Executive Officer Don Wilson and the Destination and Economy Team recently conducted a survey on the community’s views of Council.  We received over 500 responses with more than 90 business owners providing their thoughts.  This rich dataset will allow us to tailor our approach and focus on the things that matter most to our community.

We’re now working through the findings of the survey and will share key points early with you in 2024.

At Lismore City Council, we aspire to be famous for our customer service and look forward to working with our business community to take advantage of the information we’ve collected.
