Changes to the Entrepreneurship Program

Due to changes in the recent Federal Budget, the Entrepreneurship Facilitator program closed as at 30 June 2023. 

Support is still be available for entrepreneurs and startups in the Northern Rivers through the following programs.

  • Self-employment assistance is available through government funded programs delivered through the ETC and APM employment services.
  • Business Connect is the NSW Government’s business advisory service, offering up to 36 hours of free business advise delivered through local providers in the Northern Rivers. You just need an ABN to register here.
  • Digital Solutions - Australian Small Business Advisory Service (ASBAS) works with small businesses to make the most of digital tools and offers broader advice specific to your business needs.
