Lismore City Council is conducting a Customer Experience survey to better understand what our community values. Four hundred surveys were recently completed at the 2023 Elders Back Lismore Show – developing a statistically significant dataset to inform our path forward. The survey includes dedicated questions for the Business Community.

LCC General Manager Jon Gibbons recently said: “We are committed to continuously improving our customers’ experience, closely listening to what’s needed – we aspire to be known for great customer experiences.”
