Council releases findings of Customer Experience Survey
Lismore City Council has unveiled the findings from its most extensive Customer Experience Survey to date, shedding light on community perceptions of Council’s performance, areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.
530 community members took part in multiple locations including the Elders Back Lismore Show, Nimbin, CBD and online. Survey questions considered key Customer Experience themes and sub-groups, including the business community, youth, villages and people with specific needs were asked targeted questions.
Survey highlights:
Council will now use the information in the following ways:
- Communicate the information to the Community and Councillors so that everyone knows what we’ve been told.
- Briefing Council teams on the needs and expectations of our Community.
- Use the information as a baseline, helping us to measure our progress as time goes by
- Include the feedback in the early design stages of programs so that the voice of the customer is represented in all that we do.
The Community will be notified about the steps we’ll take to respond to what we’ve been told. Be sure to stay in the loop and a special thanks to those who took the time to have their say.
