Small Business Technology Investment Boost - you may be able to claim a 20% bonus deduction

This program aims to provide small businesses an additional tax deduction to support their digital operations and digitise their operations. It forms part of the $1.5 billion tax relief announced in the 2022-23 Federal budget to support small businesses to go digital and upskill their employees.

Small businesses with an aggregated annual turnover of less than $50 million will be allowed an additional 20% tax deduction.

This program aims to support busy mums in business who want to scale without sacrificing family time or risking the family finances making costly mistakes by offering affordable payment plans to business coaching programs.

The following grant categories are available:

1. Start up grant – up to $5000
