New Visitor Information Hubs

Following the adoption of Lismore’s Destination Management Plan in March 2024, Council is exploring opportunities to develop visitor information services to meet the needs of visitors across the Local Government Area (LGA).

Council has established a few initial locations in Lismore as Visitor Information Hubs, as a pilot to make information more visible and accessible to visitors. Council is also exploring opportunities to co-locate visitor information outlets and is currently developing a new destination website with increased visitor functionality, and producing marketing collateral that local businesses can share with visitors.

The current Visitor Information Hubs can be found at:

  • Lismore Pop-up Library – 146 Magellan Street, Lismore
  • Lismore City Council Corporate Centre – 43 Oliver Avenue, Goonellabah
  • Terania Building – 59 Magellan Street, Lismore
  • GSAC – 50 Oliver Avenue, Goonellabah
