Lismore City Council warmly invites business owners to come and learn strategies for increasing employee retention and to hear about how recent changes to employment law can impact your business.

Today’s recruitment market is more competitive than ever, and with employees on the move in their thousands and job vacancies higher than we have seen in a long time, retaining your key personnel has never been more important to businesses.

Effective Workplace Solutions’ Karen Arnold will provide an overview of effective retention strategies that aim to create an environment where employees feel valued, engaged, and motivated to stay with your business long term. Karen will also provide insight into major workplace law changes that occurred in December 2023 and January 2024 that may have significant impacts for your business.

We look forward to seeing you for a morning of networking, insights, and support opportunities for your business.
