High Schoolers Haven – youth engagement events

High Schoolers Haven is a pop-up event, where teens can learn new skills, connect with others, share their thoughts and have fun in a safe environment.

Held on first Friday of the month, the events at GSAC have been growing in popularity, with an estimated 50 youth attending. These events provide activities, entertainment and skill building to local young people, free of charge.

The next events is Friday 1 November, 4pm-7pm.

The attendees and staff have been overwhelmed by the support from local businesses, which has included vouchers to give away, discounted catering and workshops/skill sessions at the events.
