Some Council facilities will remain closed tomorrow for damage assessment following Tropical Cyclone Alfred, with reopening efforts underway.Click on the link below to see the list.
On 28 February 2022, the Lismore region experienced an unprecedented natural disaster, with flood levels reaching a record high of 14.4 meters and causing extensive damage across the Local Government Area (LGA). In our unwavering commitment to serving the community during the restoration efforts, the Council has established a dedicated unit called the Flood Restoration Portfolio. We are actively seeking collaboration with the business community, leveraging their expertise and experience to support and deliver this extensive program of works.
