General Purchase Order terms and conditions

Lismore City Council’s Purchase Order Terms and Conditions apply to all orders for goods and services placed by Council where there is no valid written contract in place between parties that is applicable to the supply of those goods or services.

Statement of Business Ethics and Code of Conduct

Council is committed to conducting business in a sound commercial and ethical manner, whilst regarding NSW Government and Council policies.

Council will demonstrate and practice a professional and ethical approach to all its business activities.

Contractors and suppliers should read our Statement of Business Ethics Policy, Code of Conduct for Councillors and Code of Conduct for Council staff before entering into an agreement with Council.

Additional requirements for working with Council

Lismore City Council is committed to providing a healthy and safe work environment for all of our people including contractors; everyone working with Council must comply with our WHS PPE Procedure and WHS Smoke Free Workplace Procedure.

All contractors and service providers are required to familiarise themselves with Council’s WHS Contract Document.
