Come and enjoy a fun way to exercise while getting to know others by participating in games such as Fitgo (Bingo + an activity), a low impact exercise circuit and musical workoutchairs! Activities will be followed by food, drinks and a short interaction on healthy living by our friendly gym staff.
This event is free and is part of Lismore's 2025 Seniors Festival, proudly funded by NSW Department of Communities and Justice.
