You Go, I Go Promotion eligibility requirements and terms and conditions
  • Promotion is available for membership sign ups from 4 November 2024 - 31 January 2025.
  • Memberships will be processed once both partners have registered and promotion eligibility has been assessed.
  • Eligible partnerships can include one current member* and one non-member or two non-members**.
  • Upfront memberships only. Each person does not need to purchase the same type or duration of membership.
    * current member must be out of initial contract period or have an upfront membership expiring no later than 28 February 2025.
     **non-member is defined as not holding a Switch membership in the previous 12 months.

1.     Membership access

  • Premium Fitness memberships include unlimited use of gym, group fitness classes, aqua-aerobics, sauna (whatever else may be included or withdrawn from time to time).
  • Gym only memberships do not allow access to pools, group fitness classes.

2.    Membership suspension holds

  • Six (6) month memberships are entitled to four weeks’ time hold.
  • Twelve (12) month memberships are entitled to a maximum of eight weeks’ time hold in any one membership period. Your minimum expiry will be adjusted to reflect any time hold requests.

3.     Suspensions are not permitted on three (3) month memberships.

4.     Medical suspensions for medical reasons will be granted for up to six (6) months (subject to a Doctors certificate supporting the request).

5.     Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferrable.     

6.     Failure by the member to use the centre's programs and facilities does not absolve the member from the member’s obligation to pay subscription fees.

7. Management may cancel a membership at any time if a member's behaviour is deemed inappropriate or if in the centre's opinion the member is medically unfit to continue. In these cases, the membership fee, or any balance of any membership fee, shall be voided. Additionally your membership may be cancelled if there is an outstanding amount on your account with no/failed attempt to catch up the payment.
