Master Locksmiths Access Key
MLAK (Master Locksmiths Access Key) is a system that allows people with disabilities to access elevators, accessible toilets, "Changing Places" facilities, national parks, and adaptive playground equipment in Australia 24/7.
Council sells MLAK keys for $15 each at our Corporate Centre. If a key is lost, you will need to purchase a new one and provide proof of disability, such as a letter from a doctor or disability support provider, a disability card, or a disability parking permit.
The National Toilet Map, part of the National Continence Program, provides information on over 19,000 publicly available toilets in Australia, including accessibility.
