Council closed over Christmas

Lismore City Council's Corporate Centre will be closed over the holiday period from 23 December, 2023 and will reopen on 6 January 2024.

Essential services that will continue during this time are:

  • Waste management and collection
  • Skeleton staff in essential infrastructure services in roads, water and wastewater
  • Skeleton ranger services
  • Keeping our community facilities open including waste facility, GSAC, libraries and recovery centre (closed on public holidays)
