This work took place under the CBD Footpaths Replacement Project, which aimed to further revitalise the Lismore CBD, benefiting the local economy and community.
Funding for the project had been secured prior to the 2022 natural disaster. The objective of the LCRI Program was to stimulate additional infrastructure construction activity in local communities across Australia, to assist communities to manage the economic impacts of COVID-19.
