How to deal with barking dogs

To file a complaint about a barking dog, submit it in writing (including via email). Council will contact the dog's owner and give them time to address the issue. If further complaints are received, Council may investigate, issue a warning or formal notice/order, and potentially take enforcement action such as issuing a penalty notice or taking the case to court.
