Ordinary Council meeting

Ordinary Council meetings are held on the second Tuesday of every month. This is where formal resolutions of Council are made.
Throughout the year it is sometimes necessary for Council to hold additional ordinary meetings or extra-ordinary meetings to discuss pressing matters or meet statutory requirements.
Public access sessions are held at the start of every Council meeting and members of the public can book in to speak for up to four minutes on any item included in the Business Paper. People may also request an AUSLAN interpreter should this be required.
To reserve a place in the public access session or request an interpreter, phone the Mayor & Councillors Executive Assistant on (02) 6625 0500.
