Lismore City Section 94 Contributions Plan
This Contributions Plan determines the level of Section 94 contributions where anticipated development will or is likely to increase the demand for public facilities.
North Lismore Plateau Section 94 Contributions Plan
This Contributions Plan determines the level of Section 94 contributions to be paid by those developing land at North Lismore Plateau (as determined by the map on page 5 of the plan).
Development Servicing Plans for Water Supply and Wastewater
The Development Servicing Plans for Water Supply and Wastewater detail developer charges for these services and were prepared in accordance with guidelines issued by the NSW Office of Water.
The plans detail charges for development areas utilising a water supply and sewerage infrastructure, in accordance with Section 64 of the Local Government Act 1993.
Section 64 and Section 94 Contributions Discount Policy
On 30 June 2020 Council's Infrastructure Contributions Discount Policy expired. Accordingly, only Development Applications made ( lodged and fees paid) prior to June 30, 2020 will receive the benefit of the discount / waiver and the Occupation Certificate must be subsequently issued by June 30 2021.
If the Occupation Certificate is not issued by June 30, 2021, the discount or waiver under the former Policy will not apply and all section 7.11 and section 64 levies applicable at the time of the Notice of Determination (DA Consent date) will be required to be paid inclusive of CPI increases.
